I see hate and love among them,
I see poverty and opulence in all.
I see beggars and the refusal to give alms,
I see the guilty and the law giving a call.
A call to justice.
A call to stop the
Cry of the oppressed,
The cry of the hungry.
Their oppressors mock them;
They wish only to be heard.
Who will hear their pathetic cry?
When all they do is wait for liars.
There comes your Moses,
He has arrived to save you.
Like sheep, you are under his control.
What if he were a Pharaoh?
Then all you would do
Is to find a Lincoln,
To speak up for your freedom.
Can this be your fate?
Look at the low men in high places,
How they waste your land’s luxury and resources.
The true leaders maybe too late.
