Your thirst, glued to you,
keeps drinking from a cloud gravity captured.
Your hunger is an erosion
– wider it grows with more of you.
Your desire is a universe none gets to see its end.

Time adds more of you to you;
you forget none of you is you,
none of you is from you.

You are a sea that swallows more and more,
but remains empty.

So all you get is you,
you that seeks more of you,
you that stays unsatisfied with you,
you that wears away until you become none.
