THE WATER CYCLE

What would life be
If there was no water?
If there was nothing wet, warm and moist

There would be no ice cream
No flavors of vanilla
And no variety for a good licking

There would be no bubble baths
No splash in the rain
And no good day for a swim

There would be no sunflower
No bright petals
And no sweet-smelling aromas

There would be no fishes
No waterfall from Niagara
And no thundering smoke from the Zambezi River

There would be no clay to mould
No “Frosty the Snowman”
And no wet seashore to draw upon

What would life be
If there was no water?
If there was nothing in the world to be fun
